Do all my book prejudices show through? Given more thought, I'm sure I would change some answers, so I'm sure my prejudices are there for all to see!
What are your quick answers?
It was really hard to decide between the choices given.
ReplyDeleteI find it difficult to capture my reading behavior in multiple choices!
ReplyDeleteI prefer a plot-driven novel that slowly unfolds in fruity and lush prose, with multiple layers and allusion that indulge my mind long after I turn the last page like the lingering aftertaste of a good glass of wine.
You were a lot more decisive than me! I kept saying "both" on so many.
ReplyDeleteSusan--lol, the more I thought about the questions, the less certain I was of my answers!
ReplyDeleteMatt--well put! I especially like the wine part :)
Jeane--Really, my answer was both to many of them, also!
I like short answers. Anyday!

ReplyDelete* frivolous
* Paperbacks
* Fiction
* Prose
* Autobiographies (probably would have said memoirs!)
* Historical Fiction
* Stand-alones
* best-sellers
* Lurid, fruity prose/straight-forward, basic prose (a little bit of both can make a good read!)
* Plots
* Long books!
* Non-illustrated
* Owned!!!
* New? (Usually!) Or Used? (Sometimes!)
Thanks for the fun and thoughtful mind-game. It's perfect timing since today I wrote about my addiction to books. Go figure! ;)
